Certain materials made available through the Website - such as product documentation, technical overviews, architecture diagrams, pricing concepts, roadmaps, pilot or trial materials, case details, or gated downloads - may be non-public and intended only for evaluation purposes. You agree to treat any such non-public materials as confidential and to use them solely to evaluate a potential relationship with Grand Thera or to support an authorized engagement. You will not disclose, share, publish, distribute, or otherwise make non-public materials available to any third party without Grand Thera’s prior written authorization. If Grand Thera and you enter into a separate non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”), the NDA will govern confidentiality obligations for the information covered by it and will control in the event of any inconsistency with this section. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the existence of business discussions or potential engagements, as well as the terms of any proposal or commercial conversation, may also be treated as confidential.

10. Third-Party LINKS

In such circumstances, you agree to provide reasonable assistance and cooperation as requested. You may not resolve or settle any such matter in a way that creates obligations or liability for Grand Thera without its prior written approval. Grand Thera will make reasonable efforts to inform you promptly upon becoming aware of any claim subject to this provision.
